Welcome to medan4d (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://medan4d.cam. The Platform is an online betting and gaming service offering sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, slot games, and related entertainment products to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and medan4d. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform to access betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a User may complete their first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the medan4d website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services operated at https://medan4d.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real cash.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction requested by a User that prevents access to the Platform for a defined period or permanently.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted due to legal or regulatory requirements.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform. This is a strict minimum requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have previously requested with this Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of medan4d or any of its affiliated companies.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed, all balances forfeited, and all pending withdrawals cancelled.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name as per your government-issued identification, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted on the Platform using your login credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The Platform does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method matching the name of the registered Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers typically process within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 1–6 hours depending on network conditions.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account cashier section.

The Platform offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games — particularly live dealer games with high RTP — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirement completion, or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another Account.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a system error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Multiple accounts attempting to claim the same welcome offer will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without advance notice, including for reasons of abuse, error, or changed business conditions.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out herein, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation from the Platform. Verbal or informal discussions with support do not constitute bet acceptance.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, unless the bet is placed through a designated live betting market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per Account, as displayed within the betting interface.
• In the event of a clear and manifest error in odds publication — including, but not limited to, odds published due to a technical fault or human error — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For sports betting, all results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body or sports authority. In the absence of an official result, the Platform's determination is final.
• Slot game and live casino outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes are final once a game round has been completed and confirmed on the server.
• 4D lottery draw results are determined by the Platform's certified draw system. Results are published immediately after each draw and are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account (duplicate or multiple account creation), whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access the Platform or claim bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games such as poker or baccarat.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Making chargebacks, disputed payments, or reversals through your payment provider after placing bets or receiving winnings, whether or not the original deposit was legitimately made.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or other circumvention tool.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, page layouts, data compilations, and underlying code — is the property of medan4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from medan4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools against the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or service.

Any breach of intellectual property rights will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, medan4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's continuous availability, accuracy of odds data, or uninterrupted performance. We shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, and telecommunications failures).
• The accuracy of any third-party data feeds, odds providers, or sports results data used in the Platform.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including promotional content, odds, or game RTP figures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Malaysian law.

User-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be actioned within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after applicable verification.

Platform-initiated suspension or closure: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Discovery that you are below the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed payment, or reversal instruction from your payment provider.
• Inactivity — accounts that have been inactive (no login and no account activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a dormancy fee or account closure in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the event of Platform-initiated closure due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to retain any balance in the Account, including real-money deposits, pending investigation. Any forfeitures will be communicated in writing with reasons provided.

Medan4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered users at no charge, accessible directly through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will receive an alert or be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and funds wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours or 7 days without permanently closing your Account.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you engage in gambling for personal entertainment only, and that the funds you use represent disposable income. This Platform is for players aged 21 and above only.

Medan4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
